At Learning for Life Consulting, we provide one-to-one executive and personal coaching to support you or someone in your organisation. Our approach works because we help you to clarify your desired outcomes and to find ways to make progress towards your goals. We particularly enjoy the way coaching helps clients to overcome obstacles and to develop skills which continue to serve them long after they have met their initial goals.
Coaching takes place face to face, by phone or Skype. Face-to-face coaching takes place at my Sunday coaching clinic in Harley Street or during the week at client’s premises. A typical assignment includes:
- An initial free consultation without obligation to understand your needs and, together, to decide whether coaching is the right approach for you;
- Laying foundations for coaching, agreeing clear goals for coaching and how we will work together. In organisations, this includes establishing a clear agreement amongst key stakeholders;
- Working in coaching partnership to make progress towards your goals;
- A final “completion” session to celebrate your progress and to lay foundations for your continuing progress.
